AMANDA BROWN

I was raised in New Jersey where I was very active in competitive cheerleading and found my love for movement. I was introduced to yoga in high school during gym class but seriously started practicing yoga after the birth of my daughter and decided I wanted to teach. Yoga made me not only feel physically amazing but mentally clear as well. I thought if I could share this with others then I have the best job in the world. I decided to become a personal trainer after my second child because I was learning so much about anatomy and wanted to continue my studies of physical fitness to help people reach their goals in a different setting. I love combining yoga with training and have been very lucky to learn from some of the best teachers and trainers.
